About Us

Our Story

Asser Press continues the mission initiated by Trinity Bible Chapel and King Alfred Academy, rooted in the same commitment to glorify God through discipleship, education, and the advancement of Christ’s Kingdom. Just as King Alfred fortified his kingdom with wisdom and faith, Asser Press builds upon the foundation of biblical truth laid by the church and school. Our journey now expands beyond the local community, equipping and unifying believers to stand firm in their faith and engage in the broader cultural and spiritual battles of our time.

As we travel together, Asser Press draws inspiration from Alfred’s strategy of building burhs to protect his people and fostering a “mead-hall” culture that united them. Our journey is about more than just defending against the challenges of today; it’s about preserving the truths that have guided us and applying them to the battles we face now. Along this path, we aim to create strongholds of faith through our publications, places where believers can gather, learn, and draw strength for the journey ahead.

This is not just a continuation, but an expansion—an opportunity to disciple and equip a broader community of believers, ensuring that the wisdom of the past fuels our steps forward. Asser Press is committed to carrying forward the mission of Trinity Bible Chapel and King Alfred Academy, leading believers on a path that advances the Kingdom of Christ. Together, we journey forward, building a legacy that, like Alfred’s, will stand the test of time, strengthening the Church for generations to come.
